Capital Facilities Oversight Committee (CFOC)

This Committee is made up of seven (7) voting members, two (2) alternate members, and two (2) non-voting council liaisons. Its purpose is to monitor performance in order to confirm that the City of Leon Valley implements the work in conformance with the program approved by the taxpayers. The Committee counsels and provides input to the Mayor and City Council, but it does not have management or policy-setting responsibilities. Meetings are generally held within the City of Leon Valley's geographical boundaries, but meetings may take place outside the City boundaries after proper posting of an agenda.
