Will Bradshaw was elected to serve on the Leon Valley City Council in May of 2019. He is humbled and honored to be chosen to serve the citizens in this capacity. His campaign slogan throughout his election was “I WILL represent you!” He is willing to listen to the concerns and ideas of the citizens on how we can make Leon Valley the very best city in which to live and work.

Will was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and is one of seven children. His five sisters and one brother remain very close and recently threw a party to celebrate their parents 50th wedding anniversary. Growing up, Will loved going camping, hiking, and fishing with his family and was an avid Boy Scout. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 16 and his Eagle Project involved organizing a food drive for a local food bank and providing volunteers for a homeless shelter to help serve those in need. After graduating from high school, Will decided to serve a two-year volunteer mission for his church in Oklahoma and north Texas.

Upon returning from his church mission, he enrolled in college at Mesa Community College before transferring to Arizona State University. While attending ASU, Will majored in Business and earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. While attending school, Will worked full-time to help pay for his tuition. He graduated Cum Laude with zero student loan debt from the ASU W.P. Carey School of Business with a 3.5 GPA. After college, Will was blessed to receive a job offer with a network communications company in San Antonio, TX. He started his job in San Antonio as a Strategic Buyer and quickly progressed into different roles within the company.

Will is currently the Manager of Global Scheduling and Supply Planning. He continues to look for ways to improve in his professional and personal life. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Process Improvement techniques. When Will is not working or spending his time serving in his City Council duties, he enjoys going to the lake, snowboarding, and traveling. He and his friends like to get together at least monthly to go on “BBQ tours” where they search for the best BBQ places in Texas. Will also enjoys working on home improvement projects and still does a lot of volunteer work. Will also loves coming home from work every day to play fetch with his dog “Luke.”
