Background - Library Annex
ADA ramp in the rear is the only portion of the building in compliance & the building is in very poor condition.
- The building is at the intersection of Poss and Evers, and parking creates a traffic hazard
- Books have to be hauled over from the library by Trustees & volunteers
- All areas of interior old, non-compliant, and a fire danger
- The estimated cost to construct the new prefabricated building on the new site (old records storage lot) is approximately $250,000 - $260,000

Demolish old records storage building near the existing library, add prefab building on that site, remove existing annex from the old site
