If you were arrested by the Leon Valley Police Department:

To retrieve property from the LVPD Property Room, you will need the agency case number and a valid government-issued photo identification such as below:
- State-issued driver’s license,
- State-issued identification card, or
- Passport.
A third-party release form will be required to acquire any property held by the Leon Valley Police Department belonging to another individual in addition to the above requirement. The Leon Valley property room technician can provide the document in person or by email. If the individual is currently incarcerated, you can contact the Bexar County Property Room regarding obtaining a release form authorizing the Leon Valley Police Department to process a release of their property.
There is a $25.00 storage charge for all personal and found property releases.
