Police Report Requests

In our continuing effort to improve the processing and delivery of police reports, all police reports can be requested online.

Crash Reports

LexisNexis manages and distributes reports for the Leon Valley Police Department via the internet. Requests for reports will be available for your convenience online.

To obtain a copy of a crash report, please click here. Your (crash report) accident will usually be ready in 10 business days.  Once posted online, crash reports will remain available via the internet. 

In order to purchase a report, the requestor must provide the following: 

• The street on which it occurred; 
• The last name of someone involved in the accident; and 
• The date of the accident.

Once the required information is entered, the report may be purchased using a major credit card and then printed. If you provide an email address and your report is unavailable, you will be notified once it is available. 

Incident/Offense Reports

For incident reports, offense reports, and all other requests for additional information, other than crash reports, submit your request to JustFOIA by clicking here.

Your incident report will usually be ready in 10 business days.
